Qualifications

  • Determine staffing needs with the CTO.
  • Build interview processes and establish selection criteria.
  • Source candidates via social media and conduct interviews.
  • Manage recruiting software and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
  • Create job ads and manage the Careers Page.

Flip is an innovative and complex social platform that has been changing the face of the beauty industry and ecommerce for several years now.

We've been designing and building a social app where users can review beauty products, share posts, vote on them, live stream, and earn money.

Our product has drawn attention of many people around the world, including celebrities and influencers.

We have got +30 persons on board here in Poland. What is more, we have an Operations Team based in Los Angeles.

Recently, we've been rapidly growing and have now found ourselves in need of a Specialist who could manage Talent at Flip.

Your role and responsibilities:
  • Determining staffing needs in agreement with the CTO
  • Building interview processes
  • Establishing candidate selection criteria
  • Sourcing candidates using such channels as social media
  • Contacting candidates and making screening calls
  • Conducting interviews
  • Evaluating candidates
  • Managing our recruiting software
  • Helping with the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Helping with creating job ads and managing our Careers Page
What we need from you:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the IT industry
  • Good research skills and knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies
  • Awesome communication skills in English and Polish
  • A knack for talking to tech people
