Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new independent company called SpinCo, planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions for AI data centers and mission-critical applications.

We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator to be based in Tczew, Poland. The role requires maintaining secure, reliable IT infrastructure and coordinating IT projects to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2-5 years IT System Administration experience.
• Polish and English language proficiency.
• Eligible to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.

Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.
