Job summary

Flex is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Tczew, Poland to oversee Health, Safety & Environment policy, ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing and warehousing operations.

You will lead the EHS team, develop and implement safety and recycling standards, manage incident documentation, coordinate audits with customers and regulators, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations; ISO 14001/45001.
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee HSE policy, ensuring ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team to high performance.
• Develop and improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, and awareness programs.
• Monitor workplace conditions across manufacturing and warehouse operations; identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage documentation related to accidents, diseases, inspections, measurements and risk assessments.
• Support design of new production workstations and safety guidelines for equipment.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and health professionals to enhance safety and conditions.
• Coordinate external and customer audits related to HSE, Environmental Protection and Recycling.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a EHS Manager located in Tczew, Poland.

As part of our operations, you will support a manufacturing environment focused on mechanical infrastructure solutions for the data center industry, including metal fabrication, machining and warehouse activities.

What a typical day looks like:

• Implement and oversee the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team, fostering high performance, engagement, team building and continuous professional growth.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, standards and employee awareness programs.
• Monitor workplace conditions across manufacturing and warehouse operations, identify risks, recommend corrective actions and coordinate their implementation to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Manage documentation related to workplace accidents, occupational diseases, HSE inspections, measurements and risk assessments.
• Support the design of new production workstations and develop health and safety guidelines for production equipment, including machining, bending and punching operations.
• Collaborate with employee representatives, occupational health physicians and key stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and working conditions.
• Coordinate external and customer audits related to HSE, Environmental Protection and Recycling, while sharing best practices across manufacturing sites.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or a related field, or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations, as well as ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently, make key decisions, demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
• Strong teamwork and team coordination skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and stressful environment.
• Internal auditor certification would be considered an advantage.
