Qualifications

  • Completed IT training or a degree in computer science.
  • Professional experience in the IT sector.
  • Ideally, experience in the customs or logistics sector.
  • Deep understanding of network and network protocols.
  • Good to very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Understanding of AVD/WVD Azure Terminal applications.
  • Office 365 roles.
  • Understanding of firewall techniques.
  • At least 1 programming language.
  • Good knowledge of English and German.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (max. 1-2 times per month).
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as holistic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with other departments.

For our IT team Germany, preferably for our locations in Hamburg, Helmstedt, Frankfurt am Main or Bisingen on a full-time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Establishment of and collaboration in a support team (1st & 2nd level) for several applications in the corporate environment
  • Development for web and MS-based software
  • General IT support for our employees (software and hardware) incl. on-site support at our German locations
  • Development and implementation of optimizations in the supported processes
  • Supporting the IT team in Germany with the introduction and optimization of digitization processes and other nationwide projects
