Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manager, IT Risk in Lodz, Poland, to lead IT and cybersecurity risk activities across the organization. The role interfaces with business and technology stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity maturity and resilience in a dynamic threat landscape.

You will oversee risk workshops, risk assessments, and management reporting while driving risk treatment plans and program improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years total professional experience in IT and cybersecurity risk management or related roles.
• Experience leading or coordinating enterprise-wide IT risk activities, governance, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT; CRISC/CISA or ISO27001 LA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and lead IT and cybersecurity risk committee meetings with agenda setting and action follow-ups.
• Develop and report IT risk metrics, KPIs, trends for governance forums.
• Apply qualitative risk methods to support strategic risk decisions and risk treatment planning.
• Lead risk assessments for new technologies, services, and significant organizational changes.
• Provide risk oversight and challenge to IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Drive improvements in risk posture through remediation monitoring and reporting.
