Qualifications

12+ years total experience with at least 7 years in IT and cybersecurity risk management.
Experience leading enterprise-wide IT and cybersecurity risk management activities.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management concepts, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in global, matrixed organizations with senior stakeholders.
Certifications such as CRISC or CISA and ISO27001 LA preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and lead IT and cybersecurity risk committee meetings, including agendas and actions.
Develop and report IT risk metrics and trends to leadership and governance forums.
Apply qualitative risk assessment methodologies to support decision-making.
Lead risk assessments for technologies, services, projects, and third parties.
Provide risk oversight and constructive challenge to IT and business teams.
Develop risk treatment plans and monitor remediation activities.
Improve IT and cybersecurity risk management framework and reporting.
