Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to steer initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring budget, schedule and resource constraints are met. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate client needs while maintaining quality and effective project plans.

The role emphasizes coordinating remote teams, managing project scope, and delivering within agreed timelines, with strong English communication and ITIL-aware practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT project management experience.
• Experience with support environments and ITIL is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile Project Management and IT Service Management.
• Understanding of project financials: profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization.
• Understanding of offshore and remote teams management.
• Knowledge of project management tools: JIRA Service Management, MS Project, MS Excel.
• Strong planning, organization, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resources.
• Organize the team to restore production operations and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution and updates.
• Understand and communicate client business needs to the project team.
• Negotiate and manage the project scope.
• Develop and maintain the project plan; revise it as requirements change.
• Forecast, track, and manage budgets; ensure timely invoicing.
• Define and monitor quality standards across deliverables.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage resources with other managers.
