Job summary

Paessler AG in Kraków, Poland seeks an operational procurement professional to execute day-to-day procurement activities and coordinate across Legal, HR, IT and Security. You will manage contracts, support savings reporting, and drive end-to-end sourcing projects from intake to contracting while collaborating with internal stakeholders for timely outcomes.

The role emphasizes a proactive, numbers‑driven approach with strong Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management
• Understanding of savings types (hard savings, cost avoidance, soft savings) and reporting them
• Fluent English (B2+); German would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the contract repository, registry, and database
• Maintain and update the savings tracker
• Follow up on active procurement projects and ensure timely progress
• Drive sourcing projects post-onboarding (renewals, renegotiations, transitions)
• Run sourcing projects end-to-end (RFI/RFP coordination, vendor comparison, stakeholder alignment)
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors with escalation as needed
• Review contracts for completeness and standard terms
• Coordinate communication between SMEs and business stakeholders
• Apply savings methodologies consistently in reporting
