Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for a highly available data provider application
• Design, implement and improve automation solutions to streamline daily operational tasks and drive these solutions to production
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues using a methodological approach, with a focus on identifying recurring problems and detecting patterns
• Collaborate closely with developers and demonstrate experience with DevOps practices
• Take full ownership of the operational aspects of the application, ensuring reliability, stability and performance

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility for end-to-end operations
• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle, SQL/stored procedures, and ETL processes and tools (preferably IBM DataStage)
• Experience working with solutions in close partnership with development teams and familiarity with DevOps methodologies
• Solid understanding of IT operational management processes and tools, including incident handling and SLAs
• Proactive problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and develop automated solutions for operations
