Job summary

SINGU Group is seeking an IT operations professional to own the group’s IT environment across five countries. You will manage the end-to-end estate, from devices to identity and AI tooling, ensuring secure, scalable operations and a seamless user experience for colleagues worldwide.

The role demands hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, MDM platforms, and networking, plus a proactive automation mindset. This is a high-autonomy, on-site position with real impact on uptime and security.

Qualifications

  • You have run IT operations or internal IT in a multi-site or distributed business.
  • You are deeply hands-on at tenant level with the platforms an estate like ours runs on, Microsoft 365 among them, and comfortable picking up the rest.
  • You have managed devices at scale through MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar) across macOS and Windows.
  • You know networking properly: Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, DNS and connectivity, not just how to reboot the router.
  • You automate by default, with scripting (PowerShell, Graph or equivalent) and increasingly with AI. If a task repeats, you would rather build the thing that does it than do it twice.
  • You document and standardise instead of firefighting, and you are patient and clear with non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong professional English. Polish is useful, not essential.

Responsibilities

  • The internal application estate end to end: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, ticketing, collaboration, AI tools, and the identity layer tying them together. Provisioning, permissions, integrations, licences and renewals.
  • Identity and access across the group: SSO, MFA, conditional access, group and role design, and privileged account hygiene.
  • Joiner, mover and leaver, across every system. Fully equipped on day one. Fully removed on the last.
  • Device lifecycle for laptops, mobiles and peripherals: procurement, build standards, MDM enrolment, repair, replacement and secure disposal, across macOS and Windows.
  • Networks and office environments: Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, meeting room AV, and the IT side of any office move.
  • AI tooling administration: workspace configuration, seats, credits and spend, plus finding shadow AI before it finds us.
  • The internal helpdesk, with sensible SLAs and a service people actually rate.
  • Backup, recovery and continuity for the internal estate, tested rather than assumed.
  • Consolidating acquired environments into the group standard, including tenant migrations.
  • Vendor and supplier relationships: MSPs, ISPs, hardware and software, including renewals and cost.
  • Implementing the security baselines set by Information Security, and supplying real evidence when auditors ask.

Job description

About SINGU

At SINGU, we're redefining how the world's most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe's leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK's Micad and Germany's net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we're just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we're scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you're ready to help build Europe's leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

The Role

You will own the IT environment the whole group runs on: the systems our people work in, the devices they work on, the networks they connect through, and the support behind all of it. Five countries, one estate, and one person accountable for it.

We have grown through acquisition, so you are inheriting mixed kit, duplicated subscriptions, several identity setups and processes at wildly different levels of maturity. Bringing order to that is the job. This is hands‑on and high‑autonomy: you will be deciding what good looks like, then building it, not waiting for someone to hand you a standard.

What You'll Own
  • The internal application estate end to end: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, ticketing, collaboration, AI tools, and the identity layer tying them together.

What We're Looking For
  • You have run IT operations or internal IT in a multi‑site or distributed business.

  • You are deeply hands‑on at tenant level with the platforms an estate like ours runs on, Microsoft 365 among them, and comfortable picking up the rest.

  • You have managed devices at scale through MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar) across macOS and Windows.

  • You know networking properly: Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, DNS and connectivity, not just how to reboot the router.

  • You automate by default, with scripting (PowerShell, Graph or equivalent) and increasingly with AI. If a task repeats, you would rather build the thing that does it than do it twice.

  • You document and standardise instead of firefighting, and you are patient and clear with non‑technical colleagues.

  • Strong professional English. Polish is useful, not essential.

Nice to Have
  • IT integration after an acquisition, including tenant migration.

  • Supporting ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus audits.

Why You'll Want This
  • Genuine ownership. This is the group's IT estate, and you get the backing to fix it properly rather than patch it.

  • Breadth you will not get elsewhere: systems, identity, devices, networks and AI tooling, across five countries.

  • Close to senior leadership, with decisions made quickly.

  • A function to grow. This role is the foundation of a bigger IT operations team.

  • Competitive salary, aligned to seniority of the role 20'000 - 25'000 PLN gross on employment contract. B2B cooperation is also possible.

  • Private medical care, sport card, life insurance, an annual training budget, a team integration budget, and more.

Singu Group is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
