Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, via HelloTech, seeks an IT Operations Engineer to own local onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycles, and hands-on support for a growing team. You will coordinate with central networks and workplace operations while maintaining inventory, devices, and local IT needs across teams.

The role demands strong English and Polish, experience with macOS/Windows, and a pragmatic, independent work style in a fast-paced environment. Berlin coordination is part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or IT operations with macOS and Windows.
• familiarity with hardware lifecycles and asset provisioning.
• Experience managing inventory in Snipe IT or similar.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence and AD.
• Fluent English and Polish; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding for Warsaw teams.
• Manage hardware prep, setup, shipping and device retrieval.
• Maintain devices and inventory; coordinate repairs.
• Provide hands-on IT support for Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, AD.
• Collaborate with central infrastructure and Workplace Operations; document processes.
