Job summary

ABB is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to help deploy, modernize, and expand the company’s IT infrastructure globally. You will manage cloud and on-prem environments, coordinate with local and global IT teams and vendors, and ensure secure, reliable IT services across ABB locations.

Ideal candidates will have strong Azure/GCP experience, Windows Server expertise, and familiarity with IT/OT in manufacturing. English and Polish language skills are preferred for collaboration and support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure/GCP and on-premises server infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Windows Server, virtualization, networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with IT infrastructure in manufacturing environments and understanding of IT/OT concepts is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the deployment, modernization and expansion of IT infrastructure across ABB locations.
• Manage and support cloud infrastructure and on-premises server environments.
• Cooperate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors on infrastructure projects.
• Manage office IT equipment and infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle and technical coordination.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and ensure reliable operation of IT services.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT security and infrastructure standards.
