Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our diverse Informatics community, focusing on GRC consulting within a global organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, particularly in ICFR, IT Change Management, and Access Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls.
• Deep understanding of GRC principles and practices.
• Proven expertise in ICFR and SAP GRC Tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage IT managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Polish; Poland residency.

Responsibilities

• Advising IT management on risks related to IT systems and data, with focus on ICFR.
• Designing and implementing IT General Controls and monitoring processes.
• Onboarding new systems and control owners with risk requirements.
• Acting as liaison between IT management and auditors to discuss control gaps.
• Developing action plans with IT management and ensuring timely implementation.
• Identifying areas to automate control activities with ICFR integration.
• Building relations with stakeholders across the organization.
