Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our global GRC consulting team in Poland. The role focuses on ICFR, IT Change Management, and Access Management, with SAP GRC expertise essential for risk assessment and control design.

You will advise IT Management on risks, onboard new systems, coordinate with auditors, and drive action plans to embed ICFR in tools and processes while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls.
• Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and practices.
• Experience with ICFR and SAP GRC tools; strong communication with IT and audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Advising IT Management on risks related to IT systems and data, focusing on ICFR.
• Designing and implementing IT General Controls and monitoring processes.
• Onboarding new systems and control owners with risk and control requirements.
• Liaising between IT Management and auditors to discuss control gaps.
• Developing action plans with IT Management and ensuring timely implementation.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate control activities.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
