Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our diverse Informatics community, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting within a global organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, particularly in ICFR, IT Change Management, and Access Management.

The role involves advising IT Management on risks, designing IT General Controls, and coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls.
• Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Expertise in Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SAP Access Management (SAP GRC).

Responsibilities

• Advise IT management on IT risks related to systems and data, focusing on ICFR.
• Design and implement IT General Controls and monitoring processes for compliance.
• Onboard new systems and control owners to understand risk and control requirements.
• Liaise with auditors to discuss control gaps and provide clear explanations.
• Develop action plans with IT Management and ensure timely execution.
• Identify ways to simplify and automate control activities; integrate ICFR in tools.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
