Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to operationalize and continuously improve the governance framework across internal IT teams and external delivery partners.

You will coordinate governance forums, assess policy effectiveness, and drive simplification of governance while maintaining policy consistency and ensuring decisions are followed through.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional working experience in IT Governance area.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and organizational decision structures.
• Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.

• Coordinate with IT-Leadership, Architecture, PPM, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity and other stakeholders involved.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified below is as follows:

Italy Milan: starting from 62 200 Euros gross per year as minimum salary
