Job summary

HeadHR in Poland offers a paid, part-time internship for students seeking hands-on experience in an international software environment. Tracks include Python, Java, Node.js, .NET, Big Data, ML, QA, and JS frontend, with options to work remotely or hybrid from our Warsaw office.

The ideal candidate is a student in Computer Science, IT or Engineering, fluent in English and German at B2 level or higher, and has solid CS fundamentals with practical knowledge of at least one technology.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Has English at B2 level or higher and can communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Has German at B2 level or higher and can participate in multilingual teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship tracks (Python/Java/JS/.NET, ML, Big Data, QA).
• Work up to 4+ hours daily for ~3 months.
• Collaborate with mentors and attend tech meetups and team meetings.

We are looking for motivated students and junior IT enthusiasts who want to gain practical experience in an international software development environment while continuing their studies.

The ideal candidate:

• Has English at B2 level or higher and can communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Has German at B2 level or higher.
• Is currently studying Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has a solid understanding of basic Computer Science concepts.
• Has practical knowledge of at least one of the technologies covered by our internship tracks.
• Can apply their technical knowledge to solve basic programming, data, testing, or development tasks.
• Is willing to learn new technologies and continuously develop their technical skills.
• Is responsible, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Can commit to a part-time internship for approximately 3 months, with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

You don't need to be an expert or have previous commercial experience. Strong fundamentals, practical knowledge of your chosen technology, and a genuine motivation to learn are what matter most.
