Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Principal Security Compliance GRC Analyst to design and maintain an ISO governance and IMS program across multiple products and regions. You will lead audits, expand scope to include AI governance, and drive scalable compliance across business units while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in information security compliance, deep ISO expertise, and a track record of mentoring teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading ISO certification programs across multiple product lines.
Hands-on ISO/IEC 27001/27002/27017/27018/27701 implementation.
Experience with AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001.
Strong SaaS and cloud security understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop a strategic vision, roadmap, and maturity model for Hyland's ISO governance and IMS.
Lead certification and surveillance audits, coordinating with external auditors.
Drive ISO scope expansion to include advanced certifications like TISAX and C5.
Translate ISO requirements into actionable control implementations embedded in processes.
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting for ISO program health and audit readiness.
Provide leadership and mentorship to compliance specialists across teams.
