Travel nationwide is required; strong presentation skills, social media marketing, and a data-driven approach are valued. Must be self-motivated and energetic.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with automotive distributor or international supplier.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-oriented approach.
• Confident ability to present and communicate effectively with customers; driving license and travel willingness.

• Through customer contact and marketing avenues, enhance revenue growth and profitability
• Build and develop a thorough understanding of the products and brand
• Be the product expert and promote the PHINIA brand to all customers
• Must be able to present to customers
• Carry out relevant and valuable market research
• Develop impactful marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and increase sales
• To affectively Identify and generate new sales opportunities from start to finish
• Effectively supporting customers across a variety of avenues, with a solution-based approach
• Attendance at trade events at national and international levels
• Technical support for workshops, trainings and presentations
• Offer supporting where required with local sales campaigns

Job Purpose

We are looking for Brand Promotor who will actively engage with customers to promote our products and brand. Working closely with the sales teams to develop strategies that increase brand recognition and customer loyalty.

Pay Range

106,800.00 - 133,500.00 - 160,200.00 PLN Annual

Key Responsibilities

Education/Experience - Required

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position working for automotive distributor or international supplier
• Proficient in building customer relations and loyalty
• Strong analytical abilities and will have a data-oriented approach
• Confident ability to present and communicate effectively with customers
• Experience of social media marketing and content creation
• Open minded with high level of enthusiasm and energy
• Commercial mindset
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Adaptability and flexible approach to work for travel
• Must be able to travel nationally and hold a valid driving license

Education/Experience - Preferred

• Experience of working in a global and cross matrix organization
• Technical understanding of Automotive Industry and Aftermarket
