Job summary

Brown-Forman Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to join the team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves facilitating financial accounting and reporting, processing invoices, and providing training on Accounts Payable procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fluency in both French and English. The position offers an office/hybrid work environment, with 4 days in the office and the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment.
• Experience in a paperless invoice processing workflow environment.
• Experience working with international currencies, taxes, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate financial accounting and reporting activities.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices through the invoice digitization system.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Train end users on Accounts Payable and T&E procedures.
• Identify and implement Accounts Payable process improvements.
