This role involves facilitating financial operations, processing invoices, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP or COUPA. The position allows for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2 plus years experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment, preferably SAP or COUPA.
• Experience working with international currencies and taxes.
• Experience in a paperless invoice processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate financial accounting, reporting, and analytics.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Process invoices through the digitization system and SAP.
• Ensure established financial controls are adhered to.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent customer service/communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

High level of English in speaking and writing

Education
