Are you ready to grow your career in finance while working with global sports and lifestyle brands? Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for an Invoice to Cash Accounting Specialist - D2C Retail & E-commerce to join our dynamic international team.

In this role, you'll support the financial backbone of our Retail and E‑commerce operations, making sure everything runs smoothly - from daily reconciliations to month‑end closing. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with numbers, and collaborating with teams across the business, this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

Daily portfolio care

• Reviewing and reconciling your assigned Retail and E‑commerce accounts every day.
• Identifying discrepancies and resolving them in close cooperation with internal teams.
• Managing the lifecycle of open items and ensuring proper coding and documentation.

Monitoring & reporting

• Tracking overdue discrepancies and preparing monthly reporting packages.
• Performing weekly dunning checks to keep accounts up to date.
• Preparing write‑off proposals and processing approved write‑offs.

Period‑end & compliance

• Supporting month‑end closing activities and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.

Collaboration & problem‑solving

• Working with stakeholders across Finance, Retail, E‑commerce, and Operations.
• Following up on open issues until resolution and maintaining clear communication.
• Supporting junior team members when needed and sharing best practices.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong English skills, spoken and written.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (I2C/D2C experience is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage time effectively, especially when working with large volumes of data.
• A proactive mindset - you spot potential issues early and take action.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a strong advantage.
• A background in Finance or a related field is welcomed but not required.
