Accenture Operations in Warsaw/Gdańsk is seeking professionals for a mixed hybrid role combining fund operations and middle-office support. The position involves cash and positions controls, NAV validation, and coordination with fund managers and external parties.

You will contribute to risk governance and improve operational processes in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role requires 3–5 years in asset management operations, strong Excel skills (VBA a plus), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance or relevant experience in Asset Management Operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in Middle office/Front Office Support roles.
• Good Excel skills, advanced skills (VBA & macro) would be a plus.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

THE WORK:

• Running cash and positions controls in the FO system and reconciliation vs custody oversight
• Acting as a point of contact for any middle and back-office inquiries raised by Fund Managers, fund accountants and external third parties
• Performing NAV validation on specific portfolios for the NAV prices produced by fund accountants
• Operating controls defined by Risk and Compliance for Portfolio Control activity to ensure compliance with the risk framework
• Assisting Fund Managers on Investment Support tasks such as cash management, asset servicing responsibility, instrument valuation for clients and other
• Participating in and assisting with the creation of and changes to portfolios, new types of instruments and new operational procedures
• Helping with the development and testing of system changes
• Participating in ad-hoc operational projects and department governance activities

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw or Gdansk (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education &Experience

• Degree in Business/Finance or relevant experience in Asset Management Operations
• At least 3-5 years of experience inMiddle office/Front Office Support roles

Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of the Asset Management industry
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments including OTC derivatives
• Comprehensive understanding of Investment Management Operations as well as Fund Administration and Accounting
