Job summary

UBS is seeking an Investment Banking Auditor to join the Zurich-based team with coverage across global IB execution services and research controls. You will plan, execute and lead audits, assess risk, and ensure quality across processes in a fast-paced financial environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance auditing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with senior management and regulators. English required; German a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of auditing experience in finance.
• Ability to understand complex investment banking processes and identify risks.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Familiarity with Investment Banking products.
• Willingness to stay updated on regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead audits with quality and on time.
• Identify and report control weaknesses and propose enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and coverage expectations.
• Develop audit reports and issue dispositions with minimal reviewer input.
• Collaborate across audit teams and with stakeholders.
