Job summary

Danone invites applications for a 12-month internship within the EU Waters Supply Chain team, primarily based in France but with a Poland-based Radziechowy factory assignment. You will collaborate with the planning teams across Europe, reporting to the Senior Transport Manager in France.

Key responsibilities include designing transport plans, forecasting capacity, and tracking KPIs to optimize flows and costs while supporting continuous improvement and budgeting efforts. Start Oct/Nov 2026.

Qualifications

• Passion for transport, logistics and operations.
• Strong KPI-driven mindset with ability to turn analysis into action.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS).
• Willingness to commit to a full-time internship and hybrid work.
• Fluent English; Polish/French/Danish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of the Aquador transport plan to Germany and France.
• Anticipate transport capacity needs and optimize loading slots.
• Oversee outbound flow projections from plants and warehouses.
• Track transport KPIs and support performance reviews with providers.
• Suggest cost and flow optimizations across networks and pallets.
• Support continuous improvement projects and budgeting.
• Assist in logistics cost reduction strategy implementation.

Are you ready to make your mark in the dynamic world of supply chain and transport? Look no further! DANONE Internship Program is your ticket to an exciting 12-month internship that could launch your career sky-high.

Why are we opening this opportunity? Because the EU Waters Supply Chain team is accelerating the activation of new growth initiatives across Europe, including the launch of new sourcing points and the design of an optimized route to market.

You will join the Waters Logistics team, mainly based in France, while being based in Poland at the Radziechowy factory, in close collaboration with the local planning team. You will report to our Senior Transport Manager in France and work closely with the Danone Planning Center teams covering European countries.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Contribute to the design of the Aquador transport plan, mainly to supply Germany and France,
• Anticipate transport capacity needs (loading slots, volume smoothing, etc.)
• Oversee outbound flow projections from plants and warehouses
• Track and analyze transport KPIs and participate to performance reviews with our transport provider
• Optimize flows and costs (e.g. network, flows, load factor, cost per pallet transported)
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to the transport budget definition and monitoring and support the logistics cost reduction strategy
