Job summary

Danone invites driven students to join the 12-month Internship Program in IT & Data. You will work in an international, agile setting to gain hands-on experience in IT financial management, supplier governance, budgeting, and portfolio reporting.

As a Trainee, you will use SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI and Excel to support processes, learn from experts, and contribute to automation efforts while developing your analytical and data skills in a global environment.

Qualifications

• You are a final-year student or graduate (Finance, Information Systems or another analytical discipline).
• Basic understanding of IT, business processes or financial concepts.
• Comfortable working with data and paying attention to details.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing contract lifecycle activities, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and invoice-related processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls.
• Supporting external workforce governance, including timesheet tracking and data quality controls.
• Helping maintain accurate data for financial forecasting, resource planning and portfolio reporting.
• Working with SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI and Excel to support operational and financial processes.

What You Can Expect

• Managing contract lifecycle activities, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and invoice-related processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls.
• Supporting external workforce governance, including timesheet tracking and data quality controls
• Helping maintain accurate data for financial forecasting, resource planning and portfolio reporting.
• Working with tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI and Excel to support operational and financial processes
• Be a business partner for our stakeholders and maintain communication with them
• Participating in automation and continuous improvement initiatives to simplify Performance and governance processes
• Possibility to learn and participate in IT Performance and Governance processes improvement (budget, demand, project)
• Gaining hands‑on experience in IT Financial Management, Supplier Management, Portfolio Governance and Product‑Centric ways of working in a global IT & Data organisation

About you

• You are final-year student or bachelor’s/master’s degree graduate (Finance, Information Systems or another analytical discipline)
• You have a basic understanding of IT, business processes or financial concepts
• You are comfortable working with data and paying attention to details
• You can work accurately and meet deadlines
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
• You enjoy connecting dots and finding simple solutions to complex problems
• You are not afraid to ask questions and look for answers
• You have good command of English
• Advantageous you have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or Power BI
