Opis stanowiska

• Manage the quality and effectiveness of Amazon product listings, ensuring that all key customer-facing elements are properly structured and optimized.
• Identify relevant search terms and customer queries and use these insights to strengthen products' visibility in organic search results.
• Optimize product communication for changing search behaviours, including semantic search and AI-driven discovery.
• Oversee the development of A+ Content, Brand Stores and visual assets, ensuring they effectively communicate product benefits and contribute to sales performance.
• Regularly audit product pages and resolve content inconsistencies, missing information and listing-related issues to maintain high-quality product data.
• Ensure that product pages provide a consistent brand experience while meeting Amazon's content and platform requirements.
• Track the effectiveness of product content and use performance data and customer insights to define further areas for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support Amazon-related projects and commercial initiatives.
• Stay informed about Amazon marketplace developments, search algorithm changes and emerging industry practices, incorporating relevant insights into ongoing optimization activities.
• Help shape new content approaches and creative solutions designed to make products more compelling, improve the customer journey and encourage purchase decisions.

Profil kandydata

• Practical background in managing and developing Amazon product content, including enhanced content and branded storefronts.
• Very good command of English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of Amazon search optimization, from identifying relevant search terms to improving product page content.
• Track record of using content improvements to increase product discoverability and drive customer conversion.
• Knowledge of Amazon's ranking logic and marketplace mechanics, particularly their influence on visibility, traffic and revenue.
• Strong ability to analyse performance metrics and translate findings into clear optimization actions.
• A business-oriented approach with an understanding of the role content plays in achieving sales and commercial objectives.
• Self-driven, structured and attentive to detail with the initiative to spot and implement improvements without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
