Job summary

Aptiv seeks an Intern Vehicle Test Engineer to join the team in Kraków, Poland. You will program, test and calibrate ADAS-related modules, conduct vehicle-based functional tests, and support the integration of solutions within embedded automotive systems.

The role emphasizes learning and hands-on data analysis under supervision. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in technical fields with basic Python or C++ skills, a drive license, and a willingness to work across office, testing

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in a technical field or analytics.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Basic programming knowledge with Python or C++.
• Interest in software testing, data analysis and system logs.
• Basic understanding of mathematics, statistics or electronics.
• Ability to read technical docs in English.
• Openness to work across office tasks, vehicle testing and data collection.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
• A valid Category B driving licence is required.
• Full-time availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Programming modules to be tested, support in initial configuration and calibration of ADAS systems
• Participation in functional tests carried out in vehicles
• Support for team members (under expert supervision) in implementing developed solutions in the field of embedded automotive systems
• Creation of technical documentation for developed engineering solutions
• Identification, analysis and verification of technical problems of implemented solutions
• Support in the analysis of data collected for the purpose of validation of ADAS systems
• Participation in organizational project events of the team
• Cooperation with other project teams and project coordinators
• Compliance with processes and applicable industry quality standards
• Continuous development of competences in the field of automotive systems and the technologies used in them during the internship program

Your Background

• A student or recent graduate in a technical or analytical field.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python or C++.
• Interest in software testing, data analysis, and working with system logs.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
