Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is seeking an electronics engineer to design cost-efficient automotive electronics, from schematics to validation, ensuring low cost, high reliability and high-volume manufacturing. You will create design documentation, perform circuit calculations and simulations, verify prototypes, and collaborate with local and remote teams while following the Electrical Design Process.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or similar.
• Master degree in Electronics or similar.
• Experience designing and testing digital and analog circuits with focus on microcontroller devices and signal measurement.
• Experience in EMI/EMC compliant electronics design.
• Practical CAD and simulation skills required.
• Good English (speaking and writing).
• Leadership/communication skills.
• Availability if required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Your Role

• Design electronic devices for automotive applications with focus on low-cost, high reliabilityand high volume manufacturing.
• Create design documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations, validation and tests of prototypes.
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the quality system
• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Active participation in peer reviews.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Building and promoting company's image
• Continuous development of professional qualifications.
• Secure confidential information and company's property.
• Technical and organizational mentoring of team members.
• Provide an expert knowledge in specific parts of engineering.

Your Background

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar
• Master Degree in Electronics or similar
• Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits with particular focus on onmicrocontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement
• Experience in electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools
• Good English skills (both spoken and written)
• Leadership and/or communication skills
• Availability if required
• Team oriented
• Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
