Intel Corporation in Poland (Gdansk) seeks an Intern Software QA Engineer to help design, execute, and improve quality assurance for infrastructure and software components. You will work with DevOps and QA teams to validate features, automate tests, and enhance CI/CD processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing while learning testing frameworks, observability tools, and AI-assisted testing approaches.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and quality assurance principles.
• Basic programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java, or similar.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in planning, executing, and documenting functional and non-functional tests.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing tools.
• Execute regression, integration, and performance tests and analyze test results.
• Investigate failures, identify root causes, and assist in defect reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Support CI/CD pipeline validation and test automation integration.
• Contribute to test documentation, test plans, and quality metrics reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing system health, reliability, and performance indicators.
• Learn and apply QA, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
• Explore opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and AI-assisted solutions.
