Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Kraków is seeking a Communications Specialist to support quality systems documentation and create posts, videos, and materials for the Quality communications across channels. You will help design the annual Quality Month Campaign and maintain training content.

The role requires strong storytelling, design tool proficiency (Canva, Clipchamp, Premiere), and experience with MS Office. A engineering background is preferred and hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Clipchamp or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of QMS ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS 9100 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including data analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

• EOS Documentation Governance & Document Control: maintain SharePoint, edit and publish procedures, dashboards, and trainings.
• Quality Communications: prepare posts, videos, newsletters, and content for Quality channels, update platforms.
• Coordinate design and delivery of the annual Quality Month Campaign.

Your Role

This role is responsible for supporting maintaining Quality Systems documentation and preparing posts, videos, and related materials for Quality Communications across relevant channels, as well as performing necessary activities for the design and delivery of the annual Quality Month Campaign.

EOS Documentation Governance & Document Control

• Maintain the EOS SharePoint site to support document control and global consistency
• Act as the corporate document controller, editing and publishing procedures.
• Develop and manage corporate-level dashboards and analytics related to EOS document health, training effectiveness and system utilization
• Maintain EOS related on-line trainings

Quality Communications

• Prepare posts, videos, newsletters, and other communication materials for Quality across relevant channels
• Maintain and update content on the Quality communication platforms
• Execute activities for the design and delivery of the annual Quality Month Campaign, including content creation and coordination

Your background

• Bachelor’s of Engineering (preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva, Clipchamp or similar design tools (Premiere); able to produce high-quality, brand-aligned communication assets (visuals and videos)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to turn Quality messages into compelling and accessible content.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS 9100 (not mandatory but preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including data analytics and visualization.
