Capgemini Polska is seeking a PMO support professional to bolster the Project Management Office in Poland. You will assist with financial analysis, administration, and process coordination to ensure smooth project delivery. You will work within a growing PMO team that values collaboration and expertise.

Based in Wrocław, Poznań, or Gdańsk, the role offers a hybrid work model after onboarding, with extensive training opportunities and a focus on well-being and professional development.

Your role

You will join our PMO team within the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, based in Wrocław, Poznań or Gdańsk. In this role, you support clients through financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication coordination. You can expect to work with a growing group of project management specialists who treat PMO as their passion, giving you the opportunity to deepen your skills and contribute to smooth, effective project delivery.

Your tasks

• supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records;
• assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations;
• creating and overseeing invoices;
• managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents;
• providing administrative support for the project.

Your profile

• Fluency in German (B2) and good English communication (B1);
