Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Warsaw invites final-year students or recent graduates to join the Global Risk Function as part of the Third-Party Risk Management team for a paid internship.

You will gain hands-on experience assessing vendor risk, exploring AI-driven process improvements, and contributing to automation with tools like Power BI and Power Apps; a minimum 30 hours per week and in-office presence at least 2 days.

As an Intern, you’ll join Bain’s Global Risk Function and become part of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a global, cross‑functional environment while learning how risk management works in a leading management consulting firm.

We’re looking for open, curious, and analytical individuals who are interested in understanding how businesses assess vendor risks — including financial stability, reputation, and compliance considerations. At the same time, if you’re excited about improving processes and exploring how technology (including AI tools) can make work more efficient, you’ll have opportunities to contribute in that space as well.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Third-Party Risk Management team, you will:
