Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Warsaw invites final-year students or recent graduates to join the Global Risk Function as part of the Third-Party Risk Management team for a paid internship.

You will gain hands-on experience assessing vendor risk, exploring AI-driven process improvements, and contributing to automation with tools like Power BI and Power Apps; a minimum 30 hours per week and in-office presence at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with a finance, technical, or analytical background.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Availability to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset, passionate about automation.
• Interest in AI and IT tool development.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in conducting third‑party risk assessments, including researching on companies' KYC and information security posture.
• Propose and develop AI- and technology‑driven solutions to improve and optimize existing processes.
• Contribute to selected automation and reporting initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or other internal systems.
