Job summary

Trident BMC in Poland seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement turnkey interior outfitting projects on ships, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate marine works, and manage client relationships across international projects.

The ideal candidate has ship interior project experience and knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project, with fluent Polish. Travel worldwide is expected for project execution.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in implementing turnkey interior projects (ship interior experience preferred).
  • Education in architecture, construction, or shipbuilding.
  • Ability to coordinate marine outfitting engineering and construction works.
  • Fluent Polish (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interior outfitting projects through all stages: input documentation analysis, engineering, implementation and installation, to financial settlement.
  • Conduct ship inspections and travel internationally to vessels and locations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage the engineering and project preparation team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Fluent Polish (Mandatory)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working on passenger ships.
  • Knowledge of electrical, fire safety, sanitary, and ventilation systems.
  • Familiarity with vessel regulatory requirements such as SOLAS, MED, ADA, and USPH.
