Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting.
• At least 2 years of operational accounting experience.
• English proficiency at B2/C1.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Good command of MS Office; ERP/Workflow experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions (Direct Operating Receivable and Payable Invoices for Specialist level).
• Perform intra-group reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate the resolution of intercompany accounting discrepancies.
• Execute month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with corporate and statutory regulations.
• Support the migration of accounting processes from other countries.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Test new systems, tools, and process enhancements.

What the day will look like

In this role, as an Intercompany Analyst, you will collaborate closely with onshore finance teams and business partners across multiple countries. Your day may include:

• Preparing accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions (including Direct Operating Receivable and Payable Invoices for Specialist level)
• Performing intra-group reporting and analytics
