Job summary

ESET LLC in Kraków, Poland, invites seasoned UX designers to join our global User Experience Team. You will craft clear, usable interfaces and end-to-end experiences for our security products, collaborating with product, tech, and business teams to translate research into practical design solutions.

You’ll contribute across discovery to delivery, ensuring accessibility and consistency with our Design System, and participate in usability testing and stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of UX, interaction or product design experience.
• Portfolio showing design process and outcomes for digital products.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user-centered design processes (research, ideation, prototyping, validation).
• Able to understand and communicate technical topics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Bonus: experience with B2B products, Design Systems, usability testing, user research, or product analytics.
• Bonus: Jira and Confluence experience.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, usable interfaces, interactions, user flows, and touch points for medium-complexity product areas.
• Translate user needs and requirements into practical design solutions.
• Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Participate across discovery, concept, validation, and delivery stages.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, researchers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with Design System principles.
• Communicate design decisions, rationale, and constraints clearly.
• Contribute to end-to-end experiences and participate in critiques and reviews.
• Validate concepts through usability testing, research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
