Job summary

Beekeeper is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive technical integrations and solution design for customers. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to deliver scalable integration solutions across HR, payroll, LMS, and other systems.

You’ll manage onboarding integrations, configure Workato, and translate customer requirements into actionable technical plans, while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical development or sales engineering with integrations
• German or French fluency is a must
• Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS for integrations
• Strong knowledge of SSO (SAML 2.0), REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP/batch work
• Experience developing complex integrations using Python
• Experience managing technical implementation projects in Kanban/Agile
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
• STEM degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and development of technical solutions, focusing on integrations
• Manage technical rollout during onboarding, configuring integrations with Workato
• Design and implement integration solutions connecting Beekeeper with external systems via APIs
• Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps with complex integration needs
• Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements and translate to solutions
• Serve as a technical advisor across pre- and post-sales, supporting success teams
• Act as liaison between customers, CS, product, and engineering for feedback
• Improve integration processes and optimize the implementation experience
• Develop training materials on integration solutions and best practices
