Job description

Are you an integration professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business needs, and collaboration across teams?

Solita, the international mothership of Future Mind, is looking for an Integration Lead to take ownership of Solita’s internal integrations and help shape how its Business Tech landscape works as the organization continues to grow.

In this role, you’ll ensure that internal systems connect reliably, support business needs, and evolve in a scalable way, while working closely with stakeholders across areas such as HR, Finance, and Operations.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine hands‑on integration expertise with coordination, prioritization, and service management, this could be an interesting next step.

What is this role about?

Solita is a rapidly growing European technology, data, and design consulting company. With more than 2,300 professionals across 8 countries, we work on meaningful challenges through strategic consulting, service design, software development, data and analytics, AI, and cloud services.

As Integration Lead, you will help ensure that Solita’s internal integrations remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs as the organization continues to grow.

You’ll be responsible for owning and managing internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, ensuring that existing integrations are maintained and operate reliably, while driving the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts.

The role combines hands‑on integration expertise with coordination, prioritization, and collaboration across different teams and business areas.

This is a role with a broad scope and significant room to shape how integrations are built, maintained, supported, and governed across the organization.

What will you be doing?

You will:

  • Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Ensure that existing integrations are maintained, operate reliably, and meet SLAs.
  • Drive the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Define ways of working for how integrations are designed, built, maintained, and supported.
  • Coordinate internal development capacity and services by leveraging Solita’s wider integration expertise when needed. Solita has around 140 customer‑facing Integration Architects and specialists who can support you with integration expertise and best practices.
  • Work with other service managers, application owners, and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the integrations backlog.
  • Help service domains enable small‑scale maintenance and continuous improvement in their existing integrations, for example allowing HR and Finance to maintain and develop Payroll and Banking integrations independently.

You will report to the Director, Business Tech & Development and work closely with stakeholders across Solita’s Business Platform, including ERP, CRM, analytics tools, AI tools, collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams and Microsoft 365, as well as various in‑house built applications.

There are no managerial or economic responsibilities in this role other than tracking the cost of integrations and related tools.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced integration professional who can combine strong technical expertise with coordination and service management.

You thrive in a collaborative and low‑hierarchy environment, where influence comes through credibility, trust, and strong communication. You are comfortable working in complex business system environments and can move between strategic thinking and hands‑on technical work.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in integration development and/or integration‑related coordination or service management roles.
  • Experience working with integrations in complex business system environments.
  • The ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured and detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to turn complexity into clear next steps.
  • A business‑minded and pragmatic approach, with the ability to focus on what creates value within available resources.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to build trust across teams and organizational boundaries.

Experience with Workday or integrations involving ERP systems is considered an advantage.

What can you expect from Solita?

This is an opportunity to take on a company‑wide leadership role in a growing technology organization and have a real impact on how information security develops across the group.

As Solita is an innovative technology company, you’ll work close to emerging technologies and security challenges. You’ll collaborate with technical experts, business leaders, customers, and colleagues across different countries.
