Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced IAM/Business Analyst to join our client in Poland. You will participate in the full solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation, with a focus on IAM integrations and authentication protocols.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Okta and SailPoint IdentityNow, strong English, and the ability to support development teams across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM (OKTA, SailPoint IdentityNow) and user/access management.
• Experience in business and system analysis (requirements, processes, integrations).
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and IAM integrations.
• Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple systems.
• High level of English enabling fluent communication.

What You Will Do

• Participation in the full solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Business and system analysis.
• REST API design and analysis.
• Administration, configuration, and development of Okta and SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.

• Support and consulting for development teams.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management) (OKTA, SailPoint IdentityNow, user and access management).
• Experience in business and system analysis (requirements analysis, process analysis, integration analysis).
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and analyze errors (OKTA, SailPoint IdentityNow, IAM integrations).
• Experience in an enterprise environment and working with multiple systems and applications.
• High level of English proficiency enabling fluent communication.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to create simple scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) would be an additional asset.
