Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL's systems and databases from contracts and correspondence.
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data.
• Produce monitoring reports and handle exceptions promptly.
• Resolve data quality issues with precision.
• Create insurance documentation such as certificates, endorsements, and policy wordings.
• Perform clearance and sanctions checks as required.
• File documents electronically and maintain organized records.
• Take on additional duties as requested by the company.
