Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with data analysis or technical accounting.
• Proficient with MS Office and data systems.
• Fluency in English and French (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of investigations through resolution.
• Obtain approvals for changes under rules and sums involved.
• Create/update records in AXA XL systems for reconciliation.
• Investigate third-party issues including Lloyd bureau messages.
• Liaise with bureau/brokers to arrange corrections.
• Liaise with underwriting to ensure data accuracy in risk records.
• Prepare and share information on data differences.
• Respond to internal/external queries promptly and accurately.
• Support process reviews and Enterprise Operations Services projects.
