Job summary

Planet is seeking an installations project coordinator based in Warsaw, Poland, to join the Onboarding Installations Team. You will plan and manage installation projects for new clients, coordinate with customers, technical teams and internal departments, and ensure timely delivery with clear stakeholder updates.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase.
• Coordinate with internal teams involved in onboarding to ensure timely delivery of the solution.
• Contact customers by email and phone to schedule installation appointments.
• Keep the customer engaged and updated throughout the planning phase.
• Assign installers based on skillset and capacity.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with timelines and milestones.
• Escalate or resolve risks and delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding and installation processes.
• Uphold a customer-centric approach and deliver exceptional service.
