Job summary

Sealed Air's Ozarow Plant is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to safeguard and improve infrastructure, HVAC, utilities and safety systems. You will combine hands-on maintenance with TPM-driven inspections, coordinate projects, and ensure reliable operation of site utilities.

You will work with contractors, manage documentation, support CAPEX and purchasing processes, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

Technical education (engineering degree preferred).
Experience in facility maintenance/infrastructure maintenance or industrial technical roles.
Knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, electrical, utilities and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and identify risks during maintenance, inspections and projects.
Perform regular infrastructure inspections (TPM) to monitor performance and prevent failures.
Manage and respond to equipment breakdowns, minimizing disruption to production.
Coordinate external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and minor repair activities.
Support technical purchasing, suppliers, and budget control (RFQs, orders, cost tracking).
Lead or contribute to infrastructure and capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, audits, and internal procedures.
