Job summary

Scope Ratings GmbH is seeking an Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications Engineer in Poznań to own and advance enterprise application architecture across critical systems. You will oversee Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring security, performance, and governance while collaborating with various departments.

You will work with external development teams, implement modern interfaces, and drive business continuity plans, all within an EU regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience with Azure Infrastructure and managing enterprise applications.
• Expert usage of Microsoft 365 platform, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Fluent in English; German or other EU language is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, DocuSign, Atlassian tools, Adobe Suite, SendGrid is a plus.
• Excellent documentation practices.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise application architecture and ensure availability, reliability, performance, and stability of business-critical applications.
• Lead enterprise applications integrations with other critical systems.
• Design, maintain interfaces, middleware connections, and workflow automation while ensuring security compliance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 in enterprise environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Work with Dynamics 365 Business Center with external development teams and resolve related issues.
• Design and maintain Azure-based infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards.
• Implement security controls across Azure (Zero Trust, RBAC, PIM).
• Design secure network architecture and connectivity; maintain network security controls.
• Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and test failover regularly.
• Ensure compliance with DORA, GDPR and ICT risk policies.
• Establish IT processes and procedures and enforce regulatory controls.
• Collaborate with departments to translate processes into enterprise app solutions.

Duties & responsibilities

• Enterprise Application architecture and ownership to ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and stability of business-critical applications.
• Lead Enterprise Applications integrations with other business critical systems.
• Design, maintain and document interfaces, middleware connections, and workflow automation solutions, ensuring enterprise applications comply with security standards and internal governance policies.
• Experience with administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other admin centers.
• Involved in Dynamics 365 Business Center with external development teams, to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Involved in troubleshooting and incident resolution related to Dynamics 365 usage.
• Azure Cloud Design & Architecture, implement, and maintain scalable, secure Azure-based infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Administer and optimize core Azure services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Implement and enforce security best practices (Zero Trust, least privilege, RBAC, PIM). Configure and manage security controls across Azure.
• Networking & Connectivity, Design and maintain secure network architecture and implement network security control.
• Design Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, regularly test failover and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR, internal ICT risk policies)
• Establishing IT processes & procedures and enforcing regulatory requirement controls.
• Act as the primary IT interface between Technology Operations and other corporate departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts from various departments to understand their internal processes and translate them into solutions or features using the available options within the enterprise application.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in Azure Infrastructure and Managing Enterprise applications, with a focus on Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365.
• Expert usage of Microsoft 365 platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in documentation practices.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge in emerging technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of business applications such as SAP, DocuSign, Atlassian tools, Adobe Suite, SendGrid,etc is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Fluent in German or other EU language is a plus

Compensation Range:

The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.
