Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in IT security, plus certifications such as CISA/CISM/CRISC, with preferred CISSP and ITIL Foundation. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to safeguard ABB's IT environment and data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, Compliance and Risk Advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT discipline.
• Mandatory certifications: CISA and/or CISM and/or CRISC.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Information Security Senior Specialist within the Compliance and Risk Advisory team, supporting enterprise-wide security and compliance needs.
• Ensure adherence to ABB IS policies, procedures, and SRC requirements, providing expert guidance across IT and business units.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration, ensuring effective communication and alignment on security initiatives.
• Manage security administration and access controls, including defining roles, privileges, and ensuring process compliance.
• Foster continuous improvement by leveraging emerging technologies and evaluating solutions for efficiency, value, and feasibility.
