Qualifications

• 7+ years as Information Architect, Data Architect or similar role
• Strong hands-on data modeling (conceptual and logical)
• Experience in information architecture, modeling, or enterprise data modeling
• Strong data governance knowledge
• Experience with glossaries, metadata, data catalogs
• Ability to translate business processes into information and data models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, dbt)
• Fluent English and Polish

• Define and develop information architecture for sales and related domains
• Design and maintain business concepts, information models, and data structures
• Create conceptual and logical data models from business requirements
• Translate business needs into information and data requirements
• Develop and maintain common definitions, glossaries, metadata
• Support data governance initiatives and data assets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data and engineering teams
• Contribute to AI-ready analytics foundations and cloud data platforms
