Meet the Supply Chain and Engineering Team

At Supply Chain and Engineering in Poland, we implement PLM solutions (Siemens, Dassault, or SAP PLM) for global manufacturers on the Fortune Global 500 list and help them transform their R&D — from roadmap, through process design, to go-live. You work in international teams, close to the client’s business, with hands‑on exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI in engineering.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead PLM-enabled engineering and R&D transformation programs for global clients.
• Define and expand PLM offerings, accelerators, and assets in Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Integrated BOM, and Engineering Master Data Management.
• Transform engineering and product development processes across the product lifecycle, from design and BOM management to engineering change, validation, and supplier collaboration.
• Accelerate clients’ digital transformation through AI-driven capabilities, engineering excellence, and modern PLM solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and develop innovative use cases and digital solutions.

Practice Development:

• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities
• Support management in business development, estimation, and work breakdown

People Development:

• Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and analysts supporting, providing input and guidance into the talent strategy and actively participate in engagement, capability development activities
• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s Engineering Transformation offering and support recruitment, training, coaching.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and the ability to drive product lifecycle transformation through PLM strategy, roadmap definition, process design, value realization, and PLM maturity assessments.
• Expertise in PLM solution design, engineering process excellence, functional consulting, data governance, and end-to-end engineering transformation initiatives.
• Preferred PLM package includes: SAP PLM, Dassault, or Siemens technologies.
• Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies: Windchill, Oracle Agile, ARAS
• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex PLM solutions across multiple industries.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Material Data Management, and data migration tools and methodologies would be an additional asset.
• Hands‑on experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and experience with Digital Twin and Digital Thread is a plus.
• Experience managing engineering / consulting teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and data‑driven recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
