Accenture is seeking professionals to join the Technology Strategy and Advisory team in Poland to help leading organizations design and implement Data & AI strategies that translate technology investments into measurable business value.

You will work at the intersection of business, data and AI, advising C-suite executives and collaborating with international experts, shaping the future of data-driven organizations.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in IT, Data Science, or related field with excellent academic performance.
• Minimum 1 year for Analyst role and 3 years for Consultant in strategy/data/AI advisory.
• Strong understanding of how data and AI enable business transformation and value creation.
• Data & AI knowledge across tools, frameworks, technologies (at least one category).
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

YOUR IMPACT:

Data & AI Value Realization

• Define advanced analytics and AI strategies , including GenAI and Agentic AI, aligned with enterprise ambitions and business priorities.

• Support clients inidentifying,prioritizingand scaling AI / GenAI use cases across the value chain.

• Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies , including KPI frameworks, managementinformationand decision-support models.

Responsible AI & AI Governance

• Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks , covering ethics, transparency, regulatorycomplianceand AI risk management.

• Define AI governance models , including decision rights, controls,accountabilitystructuresand model lifecycle oversight.

Data Foundation & Operating Model

• Define enterprise data strategies spanning data architecture, Data Mesh and data productsconcepts, master data,metadataand data quality, as well as data security and privacy.

• Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models , including data governance structures, roles,processesand ways of working.

Transformation, Culture & Value

• Build business cases, investment roadmaps and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives.

• Drive data-driven culture and adoption , supporting leadership engagement, behavioralchangeand decision-making transformation.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Higherdegree (preferred in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, QuantitativeMethodsor related field with excellent academic performance).

• Minimum 1 year of experience for Analyst role and 3 years forConsultantrole in strategy consulting, data/AI advisory, technologystrategyor related roles.

• Strong understanding of how data and AI enable business transformation and value creation.

• Data & AI Knowledge - solid understanding oftools, frameworks & technologies, within at least one of the following categories:

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate complex data & AI topics into clear executive-level narratives.

• Excellent communication skills in English. Additionalforeign language (e.German, French,Arabic) is a strong asset.

• Collaborative working style and comfortoperatingin fast-evolving environments.

• Growth mindset,curiosityand strong motivation to solve client challenges.

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
