The Work

Project Delivery

• Lead Engineering and R&D Transformation programs to drive innovation and process enablement for clients.
• Lead and curate assets in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin and Thread; develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Enable transformation in R&D using PLM capabilities; create business processes for design, BOM management, recipe/specification management, engineering change management, research, simulations, prototyping, testing, and supplier integration.
• Accelerate digital transformation journeys and deploy digital vision to deliver value through AI‑led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go‑to‑market strategies.
• Co‑develop use cases and solutions with business teams.

Practice Development

• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D digitisation capabilities.
• Assist management with business development, estimation and work breakdown.

People Development

• Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and analysts; provide input and guidance on talent strategy and participate in engagement and capability development activities.
• Contribute to the growth of Accenture’s Digital Engineering and R&D offering; support recruitment, training and coaching.

Flexible Working
Work is primarily remote but may require travel and client site engagement across Europe and other locations for short or long term assignments. In‑person time is needed for collaboration, learning and relationship building.

Here Is What You’ll Need

• In‑depth understanding of Product Data Management and ability to drive product journeys, PLM road‑mapping, process design, value realisation and maturity assessment.
• Experience with Master/Material Data Management and data migration tools that meet client needs innovatively.
• Experience in PLM, BOM, ALM, Master Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread (additional asset).
• Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution design, Data Governance and engineering transformations.
• Preferred PLM packages: SAP PLM, Dassault, or Siemens technologies.
• Knowledge of advanced PLM technologies such as Windchill, Oracle Agile ARAS.
• Concrete experience leading complex PLM solution design across multiple industries.
• Experience managing engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with continuous innovation.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to build business cases.
• Clear communication of data insights to stakeholders.
